Japanese bronze candlestick.
Made in Meiji period, late 19th Century.
Main motif is a detailed chimera wrapped around the neck.
Three legs shaped as paws are decorated with bats and ornaments on the sides.
Condition: very good with one minor discoloured spot on the wax pan - captured on the photo.
