Kangxi period (康熙) 1662-1722 from early Qing (清) dynasty.
Decorated with subtle Imari floral pattern.
Diameter: 23cm = 9in.
Condition: average with 1 hairline visible on both sides and few chips on the rim, there is also small hairline in oval shape at the back of the plate - all captured on photos.
